Hey folks! Please spay and neuter your pets. I was working over at the Stanislaus County Animal Shelter off of Finch Road in Modesto this weekend and on Sunday they put down nearly 50 cats including new born kittens. The amount of DOGS put down is nearly 2/3’s of the amount of cats put down. Spay and Neuter!

I just joined.  I have a chinook/mix who is a little brat, but I love him.  I couldn’t afford to get him trained like I wanted to, He is a big dog
 
He is a good boy.  I am verry happy to see him when I come home.

I know this weather isn’t great for walking your dog, but if you can, try!  Taking your pet on regular walks helps ensure that your pet doesn’t have extra energy that may cause them to get into things they shouldn’t.  I am planning my next public dog walk, let me know what you think!

Hi Tamara! You should buy lamb ears for the dogs.  They are healthier and easy to digest.

We are having a family discussion on Pig Ears and Rawhide Chews for dogs.
I have heard they are trouble and lead to digestive problems. However my Labs- Jaco and Sideways- can destroy chew toys that claim to be indestructible.
We buy cow hooves for them to chew. The dogs love the hooves- but the smell is offensive. I would rather put up with the smell and know my dogs are healthy. Has anyone else heard the warnings about Pig Ears and RawHide Chews? I need some back up!
