well my favorite place is sclose to Modesto…Cafe Bravo in oakdale. You can see their info http://www.cafebravolatingrill.com Their staff is so friendly, it is clean, great vive, great food. BIG plus is like vegeterian dishes and they are always making dishes I request. It is made fresh so if you are in a rush call in your order.

On J Street Cafe, been happy to open as art walk artist for Phil, promote the crepes, and even feature LeAnne’s art at State Theatre for art walk in June.  Clayton’s is hosting the after party for modesto blues festival, but if Phil were open Saturdays, we might have started the party June 27 there.

I’ve heard GREAT things about it this place and have lived in Modesto pretty much all my life and have never been yet.  I will have to stop by.  I know Phil.  He is a great guy.

J St. Cafe is open again and serving the most delish crepes. You have to try them, any of them, they are all yummy. And Phil, the owner is the nicest guy.
